Building a local SEO agency site from scratch

A public rebuild and growth log for Outwit with Search Console screenshots every two weeks: indexed pages, impressions, clicks, and rankings.

The problem I’m testing

Most marketing sites claim results, but rarely show the timeline and messy details. I want a transparent growth log from a clean rebuild.

Hypothesis

If I rebuild the site with a clear service architecture, clean technical foundations, and a steady publishing cadence, I can earn meaningful local impressions and clicks inside 8–12 weeks.

How I’m running it

  • Rebuild information architecture around real local search intent (service + city + problem pages).
  • Ship a minimum viable set of pages first, then iterate based on indexation + query data.
  • Publish Search Console screenshots and short notes every two weeks.
  • Track indexed pages, impressions, clicks, and top queries over time.

Data sources

  • Google Search Console screenshots (every two weeks)
  • Sitemap submitted vs indexed counts
  • Rank checks for a small set of target queries (optional)

Data

What I’m seeing

  • Early notes will appear here as data comes in.

What it means

  • This will be updated as results accumulate.

What I'd do differently

  • TBD
